The Mood

A seamless transition from day to dusk, with long-table dining under a structured marquee, Aperol spritz palate cleansers, and conversation that flowed as effortlessly as the wine.

Design & Styling
A neutral palette with warm, tonal accents set the tone for an evening of contemporary refinement. The marquee was styled to feel intimate and elegant, with structured florals, ambient lighting, and bespoke touches like personalised menus and custom floor plans. Each space was designed to feel welcoming, uncluttered, and quietly luxurious.

The Dinner
Together with The Ripe Avocado, we shaped a progressive dining experience that blended nostalgic flavour with modern flair. Highlights included:
 • Mini Iberico Pork Suya Kebab with artichoke & chilli emulsion
 • Green & White Asparagus Mosaic with finger lime caviar (VG/GF)
 • Lake District Beef Fillet with pineapple gel and toasted coconut
 • ‘Pina Colada’ Rum & Coconut Panna Cotta with roasted figs

Guest Experience
Guests were welcomed onto a fully styled terrace for cocktails before being invited to dine under the marquee. The atmosphere was intimate yet energised, with curated playlists and lighting that evolved as the evening unfolded. A custom dance floor awaited guests post-dinner, rounding off the night with style and intention.

My Role
As planner and on-the-day coordinator, I oversaw every detail — from styling and supplier management to guest flow, run-of-show, and visual content coordination. I was first on-site and last to leave, ensuring that every element ran to time and felt effortless for the hosts.
