I am absolutely buzzing with excitement for what lies ahead in the next 12 months. It’s been a whirlwind of preparation behind the scenes as I gear up for the official re-launch of Events by James. This venture has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember, and I am beyond thrilled to finally share Events by James with you.
With nearly a decade in the event industry under my belt, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some truly incredible people and learning from every experience along the way. Now, as I look ahead to 2025, I can’t wait to bring my skills and expertise to Events by James, creating unforgettable moments for you.
If we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, allow me to introduce myself. I’m James Green, a Yorkshire lad with a passion for all things creative. Growing up in Barnsley with my wonderful family – Mum, Dad, and my younger sister Kiera – creativity was always a big part of our lives. The entrepreneurial spirit runs deep in our family, and I’ve been eager to build Events by James for as long as I can remember.
You see, the desire to create something of my own has been brewing for quite some time now. Back in 2019, I dipped my toes into entrepreneurship with the inception of Events by James. Since then, with every passing summer season, I’ve added more feathers to my cap and honed my craft even further.
I draw inspiration from many places, but none more so than my incredible husband. He’s not only my rock but also my sounding board for all things design-related, which has been a crucial part of shaping Events by James into what it is today.
Now, I’m proud to call London home, with Wandsworth as my stomping ground. But Events by James takes me all over the city and beyond, allowing me to explore the nooks and crannies of this vibrant metropolis. From chic city soirées to whimsical countryside affairs, Events by James has had the privilege of creating magic in diverse venues across the South of England.
Speaking of magic, let me share a little story with you. Recently, my partner and I had the most incredible shopping experience at Celine on New Bond Street. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty – the service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was second to none. It got me thinking, if this level of care can elevate a shopping trip, imagine what it could do for an event designed by Events by James! Every detail, from the moment you first encounter our website to the experience of your event, has been meticulously curated by Events by James to exude opulence and sophistication.
As I embark on this new chapter, I’m bursting with ideas and aspirations for Events by James. One thing on my bucket list? A post-wedding pool party that’s the talk of the town – and I can’t wait to share this concept with you soon!
